The Florianópolis Commercial and Industrial Association (ACIF) will promote a lecture on corporate applications for smartphones and tablets on the 24th of this month. The popularization of these devices and the facilities that mobility offers to companies, especially because of the possibility of increasing the efficiency of internal processes and the potential of tools for marketing and relationship actions, will be addressed.
In conversation with businessmen, the product manager of CRE8, Gustavo Jota, will talk about how applications can be used on different fronts such as customer service, internal process organization and product disclosure.
smartphones gain space in Brazilian homes at a fast pace. According to a survey by eMarketer, in 2014 the number of devices in use in the country is expected to grow 36%. Flurry research company reports that 115% growth in mobile applications worldwide in 2013.
The product manager will also present the main challenges of companies, industry trends, useful tools for companies and how they can have their own application.
