In this post I will not run about having or not a website, this theme should not be discussed anymore since having the site well structured with unique layout creation and having its code well developed is essential for any company or professional.

3. Definition of the scope of the project (sitemap)
4. Creation of home layout/initial page (Color pick, fonts and diagraming)
5. Layout creation of all internal pages (prototyping tool presentation is recommended)
6. Front-end site development (HTML/CSS)
7. Development of back-end site (WordPress or proprietary CMS)
8. Approval and validation by the client
9. Training
10. Publication
