More than 50% of Floripa's taxi fleet has joined Easy Taxi

Since December 2013, taxi drivers and users circulate in Florianópolis with more agility and security with the Easy Taxi, taxi call app considered the world's largest mobile service app. More than 50% of the capital fleet has already joined the platform.

In addition, users can already pay for the races by Easy Taxi Pay, a mobile payment tool already available in the main cities of the country. The use is simple and offers more security to the customer and the taxi driver, since it reduces the use of money on paper and does not require the presentation of the card.

How it works

When ordering a taxi, the user must request payment mode and register his credit card. At the end of the race, the taxi driver typed the amount on his mobile phone and, in just one click, the user approved the payment already on his device.

Companies

In addition to users and passengers, companies in Florianópolis can already count on the security of the app through the Easy Taxi Companies platform. With a $2 million investment, Easy Taxi Companies is the new solution that allows passengers to request a taxi through a corporate account.

Created to facilitate communication between companies and taxi drivers, the new platform has a complete backend structure, which allows for the control and monitoring of spending, providing savings of up to 40% for companies.

The tool will allow the passenger to ask for the taxi by mobile phone and make the payment on the device itself, through electronic billboard.

Bibliotaxi

In partnership with the Saraiva Group, Easy Taxi innovates once again with Bibliotaxi. About 80 thousand books, donated by Grupo Saraiva, are being distributed in 25 cities in the country – including Florianópolis – to taxi drivers who use the app.

The idea is that when the passenger enters a taxi, choose a copy, take with him and, after reading, put the title back in circulation again, in his next race, in the custom pockets of the project, located on the front seat of the passenger in the vehicles.

Download the app

The app can be downloaded on devices with Android, iOS, Windows Phone and Blackberry operating systems, but mobile payment service is available for now, only for Android and iOS.
