A National VOX – Digital Agency, based in Florianópolis, created and developed the hotsite of the movement “Industry for Education", released on Friday (28) by the FIESC System in Florianópolis.
The initiative provides targets for the qualification of the industry's workforce by 2014. In order for the Santa Catarina industry to grow at the expected pace by 2015, a quota of 461.5 thousand workers with adequate professional training will be needed. The estimate is from the National Service of Industrial Learning (SENAI) and is contained in the research Map of Industrial Work 2012.
To contribute to the improvement of the state's educational framework, SESI, SENAI and IEL – entities that are members of the FIESC System – intend to expand the provision of services in the areas of basic, continuing, professional, executive education and internship programs.
The forecast is to register almost 795 thousand enrollments between 2012 and 2014, mainly related to basic, continuing and technical training of industrial workers. Only SENAI, SESI and IEL intend to invest R$ 330 million together in the period.
The hotsite contains all the information related to the project, with content library, a communication and media section, a registration form for companies that want to join the initiative. In addition, the hotsite is integrated into FIESC social networks and runs perfectly on tablets and smartphones.
