A Beiramar Shopping Association of Shopkeepers was founded on October 14, 1993, during the first extraordinary general assembly, where the shopkeepers of the Beiramar Shopping Center They met to create the entity's status.
According to the Statute of the Beiramar Shopping Association of Shopkeepers, the entity is a civil society governed by private law, non-profit and an indefinite period of existence, with the following objectives:
- Cultivate the relationships between the local authorities and the local authorities of Beiramar Shopping Center, promoting, in particular, the exchange of experience and information;
- to protect the legitimate interests of the members vis-à-vis public or private authorities;
- conduct studies and services of utility for its members by itself or by third parties;
- cooperate with the class bodies and related entities in order to obtain greater unity of action in dealing with issues related to shopping mall marketing;
- Establish ethical standards and regulations capable of disciplining the commercial activities of its members, aiming at the growing concept and expansion of the Beiramar Shopping Center;
- Promote the broad dissemination of Beiramar Shopping Center as a source of multiple commercial activities, as an element of workforce improvement, as a participant in urban development, as a place of better comfort and opportunity for its potential clientele, using, especially for this purpose, the resources of the Beiramar Shopping Center Promotion Fund;
- To practice, finally, all acts of law in the legitimate interest of its members and the collectivity that it represents.
