Opened in April 2014, at the address where the New Brazil Group has operated with the Cafe Cancun and El Divino flags. With a fusion menu, the restaurant has an exclusive area for Peruvian cuisine, with spices, peppers and condiments coming from the Andean countries. The Peruvian sushi, unpublished in Florianópolis, integrates this menu that was developed by chefs Hugo Olachea and Sara Sanchez.
