Until recently I always bet that objects jumping off the screen were all science fiction movies. Did you know that's already possible? Real objects interact with virtual objects, or vice versa, do you believe?
It is what they call an Increased Reality, a technology that has already begun to revolutionize the way human beings interact with machines and machines with humans: the Increased Reality, or (RA).
We are still far from events like those illustrated in films like Matrix and Terminator of the Future, if they will ever be possible. At the moment, machines are gaining more “personality”, but that just means that they are increasingly cordial and responsive to human actions.
WHAT IT IS
The Augmented Reality is usually defined as the overlap of three-dimensional virtual objects, generated by computer, with a real environment, through some technological device [MIL94]. However, this concept is very general and only becomes clear with its insertion in a broader context: that of the Mixed Reality.

If you have a webcam, however old it is, it is able to produce signals that can be interpreted by specific programs, so that the image that appears on the monitor is modified and objects are added to it. There are already several online services that allow you, user, to have an idea of the revolutionary capacity of the Augmented Reality.
