Companies compete client for Twitter

Buying online is no longer new to many people. However, the way negotiations take place is that it draws more and more attention to interactivity, provoked in social networks. Talking to potential Twitter customers in search of conversion (sales) trying to convince them to buy a desired product is “gold”, since online competition is unlimited.

One case that gained repercussions this week was the dialogue between the user Pedro Tessarolo @pedrotrl to Netshoes (@SigaNetshoes) and Centaur (♪ I'm gonna be the one who's gonna be the one ♪) via Twitter, in the competition for a tennis model that the tweet wanted to buy.
In a kind of game to win over the customer, the two sports goods companies entered an auction with @pedrotrl to see who would apply the highest discount and close the deal. The final discount value was 25%, but the purchase decision was not price-based.

Apparently, Netshoes' quality of logistics influenced the client, who eventually acquired the tennis to train at the academy. The case had a market impact and reminded us the disputes of versinhos (kidneys) among Twitter users with banking agencies and duels between large retail networks such as Ponto Frio and Casas Bahia, among others.

It's the SAC 2.0 showing his face and confirming that we can all now be a Prosumer, that is, a consumer who produces content and generates buzz around the brands that have already agreed to listen and meet this potential customer, very important in generating revenue for e-commerce companies.
