TIM launches Facebook reload

Since last week, TIM customers have been counting on a new channel to insert credits into their mobile phones, the Recharge Express by Facebook. The novelty is the possibility of asking for refills for friends of the social network and also present them with credits, in an exclusive and unprecedented action of TIM in the market.

To use the service for the first time, you must inform the mobile phone number with DDD and complete the registration. Then you can choose one of the three options available: reload your own line, ask for credits for a friend from your network or give a gift recharge to another TIM line. The channel, besides being very practical and fast, allows any Facebook user to receive reload orders and give gift credits to a TIM client, even if they are a subscriber to another operator.

The charge is made directly on the credit card, which needs to be registered on Recharge Express (www.tim.com.br/recharge). With this registration, in addition to Facebook charging, customers can enter credits in their lines through the site, by Recharge TIM app, calling *244 and by the USSD tool (*244#, with commands on their own mobile phone).

“ We are leaders in the prepaid segment, with over 61 million customers, and we look closely at the demands of these users, always seeking to innovate and bring more convenience to the recharges. Now, besides having a new channel, customers can still present and ask for credits in an easy and safe way ", explains Carlos Roseiro, director of the Mobile Segment of TIM Brazil.
