II. Page Management
A. Facebook webpages and addresses names
The Facebook web pages names and addresses should accurately reflect the content of the page. We may remove your administrative rights or request you to change the name of the page and the Facebook web address from any page that does not meet this requirement.
The names of the pages shall:

ii. use appropriate and grammatically correct capitalization, and may not only include capital letters, except acronyms;
iii. do not include symbols such as excessive punctuation and trade mark designations; and
iv. do not include unnecessary descriptions or qualifiers.
B. Name changes and migrations
We will only process changes in names and migrations that do not result in a misleading or unintended connection. For example, we will allow migration from place to global, such as “Facebook France” to “Facebook”, but we will not allow migration from global to local or local migrations, such as “Facebook France” to “Facebook Russia”. In addition, you cannot request a name change or migration that results in recategorizing the page of a product such as the page of a brand, a generic page or opinion like the page of a brand or a group like a page. All migrations are made according to our criteria and are final.
C. Data collection
If you collect content and information directly from users, it should be clear that the one collecting this data is you (not Facebook), and you should provide a notice and obtain the user's consent to use the content and information you collect. Regardless of how you obtain content and user information, you will be responsible for ensuring all permissions necessary to reuse content and information.
You will not collect user content or information, or otherwise access Facebook, using automatic means (such as collection bots, robots, spiders or scrapers) without our permission.
All data you obtain from us should be in accordance with Section II of our Facebook Platform Policies.

A. Ads on the pages
Ads and commercial content (including content of publications on the page) are subject to the Advertising Guidelines.
Third party advertising is prohibited on the pages.

All the covers are public. This means that anyone who visits your page will be able to see your cover. Covers cannot be illusory, misleading or infringing someone else's copyright.
